Caitlin is finally living in Canada after a 7 month on again/off again stint of living back here in Lake City. Before that she lived in Switzerland for a year teaching English, and before that lived in Montreal and went to McGill University. Thanks to her, I've gotten to do a bit of traveling.
There's more to her though, than where she's lived. She's a former band nerd (with Glenn, Jane, and Melissa), and we were in chorus together as well. She's really into gems and jewelry, and can make some pretty kickass stuff. She's super smart (and obviously in good company here), and quite a smartass (and again). She's also developed this strange talent for picking up stuff at antique stores and flea markets at a cheap price, only to turn around and find they're quite valuable.
I know she's read this blog since the beginning, and will be a great addition! Welcome Caitlin!
Laurie - my apologies for not introducing you - I didn't know you were going to post, or else I would have done it. I think your own intro was great, but if you would like me (or Glenn) to do one, I'd be more than happy to.
